A healthy breakfast idea & an alternative to the carb-loaded breakfast cereal. If you replace cereal with this recipe, it will help you loose weight. This breakfast idea is great for kids as well as while sweet, it is still healthy, too. It is a great way to start the school day. All you need is:
1/2 an apple
2 tbsp of walnuts
1/3 cup of yogurt
1 tbsp of honey
